When you sign in with Apple, we may receive your unique Apple user ID ("sub") and, only if you allow it during the first login, your email address (real or masked). You have the option to withhold your email address.
We use your Apple ID solely to authenticate your login. We do not track your activity, analyze behavior, or share your data with any third parties.
All data is stored and processed on servers located in the United States.
If you request account deletion, we will permanently erase all your data, including:
Most data is deleted immediately upon your request. Any remaining cached data is fully erased within 24 hours.
We do not retain backups of deleted data. Only a hashed (non-reversible) checksum of your ("sub") id is kept, solely for statistical purposes to determine whether the app was previously used, without identifying you personally.
We do not sell, rent, or disclose your data to any third parties. Your privacy is our priority.
You can delete your account at any time by tapping the "Profile" button in the lower-left corner of the screen, then selecting "Delete Application Account". This will permanently erase all your data as described above.
This service is not intended for children under 13. Luna Florelle is designed exclusively for business and professional use.
